Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place a custom cookie order?
Click on the link in the main menu that says “Place Order” and fill out all necessary details. I will receive the order form, and within 72 hours I will email you with the quote. Once you have accepted the quote, I will email you an invoice. When the invoice is paid, you will go on my calendar.
How far in advance do I need to order?
It’s never too early to request a custom order. I suggest that as soon as you know the date of your event, you contact me. That way there is no rush in designing, baking, decorating or packaging. This allows me the necessary time to order any needed materials for your order. However, a minimum of 3 weeks notice is required for custom cookies. Orders requested within 3 weeks of the date needed will incur a 25% rush fee. (Provided that I am able to fulfill your request). Large orders of 10 dozen or more will require a 2 month advance notice.
